What kind of files will I receive?You will receive Microsoft Word and Publisher files so you can easily customize your newsletter.

I see you have 3 different designs, and 2 and 4-page newsletters. Do I have to decide right away which I want?
No. Subscribers will have all varieties available at all times.
Can I email these newsletters?

How much of my newsletter can I customize?You can customize as much or as little as you wish. Just add your name - or replace entire articles. You can even change the layout and title of the newsletter. Once you subscribe, you can do anything you like with the newsletter format and content.
How can I customize my newsletter?You can use Microsoft Word or Publisher to cut and paste text into your newsletter quickly and easily.

What do I do if I want to discontinue my service?Just email us at support@readycompanynewsletters.com or call 1-877-976-6368 and we will cancel your account immediately.
Is this guarantee for real?Yes! We truly believe that you'll get great feedback from your clients. If you don't, then we wouldn't feel right continuing to charge you for the newsletter. That's why we guarantee you will have at least 3 people tell you they "love" your newsletter within the first 12 months or we'll happily give you your money back. All we need is proof you actually mailed out the newsletters - we'd be crazy to give money back to people who don't use the product!
